  • 2-3 years contract management experience
  • Support Project Management Consultants for client projects
  • Residential and mixed use projects
Our client seeks a Contract Administrator, ideally with a Consulting company background.  

The role:
  • Liaises with Consultants, Contractors and Authorities
  • Works on multiple projects from design to completion
  • Reviews and assess quotes and prepares tender responses
  • Reviews project documentation at design stage
  • Provides quantity and cost estimates
  • Schedules and orders materials
  • Assesses and tracks project claims
  • Manages sub-contractor contractual risk
  • Assist in obtaining Project Certification
The ideal candidate has:
  • Excellent managerial and organisational skills
  • 3+ years experience in a Contract Administrator role
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction
  • Previous experience working on Residential/Mixed Use Projects in NSW
  • Strong knowledge in Project Plans and Reports
  • Understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards
  • Estimating skills and experience
  • Very good communication skills - verbal and written English
  • Building Survey Qualifications (optional)
